Lynnwood Municipal Golf Course is a Public 18 hole golf course located in Lynnwood, Washington.
The Lynnwood Municipal Golf Course first opened for play in 1991. The course was designed by John Steidel.
The Lynnwood Municipal Golf Course is a 75.3-acre, 18-hole golf course owned and operated by the City of Lynnwood. Adjacent to the Edmonds Community College campus, the golf course shares food services and parking facilities with the college. There is a 1.5 mile walking path around the golf course. The course was developed in 1989 and began operation in 1991.
Par for the course is 65. From the back tees the course plays to 4741 yards. From the forward tees the course measures 4094 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 14, a par-4 that plays to 379 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 12, a par-3 that plays to 115 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 5, a 358 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 12, a 115 yard par-3.

Don't drive out of your way for this one, short course and not super challenging. The actual course conditions were good and the pace of play was better than average, but the ambiance is another story. This course shares a parking lot with Edmonds Community College, and in order to keep students from parking in the spots reserved for those playing golf they only open up about ten of them at a time so parking may be an issue when you arrive. There are paths around the course that students, dog walkers, and runners frequent which gives you the overall impression of playing a course in the middle of the city. Not super expensive, but for a few more miles on your vehicle you can play a better course.
